Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and claimants
- Assisting customers with new and existing claims via telephone, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process
- Processing letters to those involved in the claims process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
- Adjusting losses for a variety of claims, excluding bodily injury, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
- After hire, you'll be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain your license (comprehensive training will be provided)

Compensation
Our starting annual salary for this position is $41,053, and may be negotiable based on level of experience and applicable licenses within the Property and Casualty Industry.
