PSYPACT Remote Psychologist – Telehealth | PSYPACT Authorized | 1099 Contractor

We're hiring PSYPACT-authorized psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to join our provider network as 1099 independent contractors. You bring the clinical expertise. We bring the clients, the platform, and everything else. The Role You'll provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth to a curated clientele of high-achieving professionals across 43 PSYPACT jurisdictions. Sessions are private-pay — no insurance panels, no managed care, no prior authorizations. Just focused clinical work with clients who are invested in the process. What you'll do:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions in standard (50-min), extended, and intensive formats
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in our EHR (within 48 hours of each session)
- Keep your licensure, PSYPACT authorization, and schedule availability current
- Coordinate with the CEREVITY care team when clinically appropriate
Who We're Looking For Required:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) with active, unrestricted licensure in your home state
- Current PSYPACT APIT + E.Passport authorization
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
- Capacity for 5–20 sessions per week
- Proficiency with EHR platforms, telehealth video tools, and standard digital workflows
Preferred:
- Clinical experience with high-achievers, including presentations such as executive burnout, performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, career transitions, identity and purpose, or relationship dynamics under pressure
Compensation
All sessions are private-pay. No insurance billing. No collections. Bi-weekly direct deposit. Standard Session (50 min): $100 per session at 57% Extended Session (90 min): $185 per session at 62% Intensive Session (3 hours): $340 per session at 65% Longer clinical engagements earn a higher percentage. We can extend your client reach into those additional markets. 1099 Contractor Details As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, malpractice insurance, and equipment. This structure provides maximum flexibility and autonomy but does not include traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off.
