  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
  • Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service

#### Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email and online chat applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
