Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for open positions. Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth process within the recruitment database. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with recruitment software and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
