Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth-minded individual to add to our Billing/Insurance teams. You must be a team player who is friendly, engaging, and passionate about moving our team, patients, and practice to greater levels of health. Renken Dentistry was founded 21 years ago in Springfield, Illinois and also has locations in the Austin, Texas area. The Position We’re looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. This team member should have 3+ years experience in dental billing and insurance. This position will

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure that all billing and insurance questions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Complete auditing and review of accounts to ensure all information is received by insurance. This helps to continue to move our team, patients, and practice to health.
  • Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy of statements. Send billing statements to patients on a regular basis and complete payment posting.

Requirements & Responsibilities Associated with Our Five Values

  • Partner to Serve Others: Partner with patients and team members to ensure we have appropriate information to be able to provide accurate billing and insurance verification.
  • Organize Well for Good Results: Complete regular auditing and review patient accounts to ensure accurate billing statements. Send patient billing statements and follow up on outstanding accounts. Complete payment posting.
  • Learn, Laugh, and Grow–Even When It’s Hard: Provide support and assist in addressing any issues that arise in relation to patients’ billing and insurance inquiries.
  • Create a Healthy Community: Complete insurance verification to ensure that claims are processed and paid correctly. Work effectively with the RCM and other teams to ensure a healthy revenue cycle for the company.

Position Location This position is held on site in Springfield, IL. Full-time employment is available.

  • Monday- 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday- 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Wednesday- 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Thursday- 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Friday- 7:30am-12:00pm- option to work from home
