About the Role
We are building a high-performance sales team for The Dollar Writers, a fast-scaling publishing brand focused on:
- Reader Series
- Lifestyle & self-development books
- Digital reading products
- Branded notebooks and writing materials
We are hiring multiple sales professionals to focus on specific product lines and revenue channels. This is a performance-driven role for individuals who already understand how to sell and close. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Selling digital and physical book products
- Selling bulk orders, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
- Identifying and pursuing new revenue channels
- Positioning our reader series to the right audiences
- Driving consistent sales activity and results
Each hire may focus on a specific category, such as:
- Reader series collections
- Digital products (eBooks)
- Lifestyle and self-development content
- Branded merchandise (notebooks, writing materials)
Performance Expectation (First 30 Days) All hires are expected to demonstrate performance quickly. You will be evaluated based on:
- Activity
- Strategy
- Execution
- Ability to generate results
