Job Summary

As a Travel Consultant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, helping them plan their dream vacations and making every journey unforgettable. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, researching destinations, and creating personalized travel itineraries that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Consult with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
  • Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
  • Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries
