About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You'll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and support * Maintain up-to-date customer information, resolving inquiries and authorizing sales * Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues * Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals * Provide excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, using your expertise to resolve complex customer issues * Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and use Microsoft Outlook * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * A quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet * A willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process

Our Way of Working

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. You'll need to live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD, and be available to meet in person for training and other purposes.

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to: * Meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act * Live within 2 1/2 hours of the Rapid City, SD location * Have 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience * Be 18 years old or older * Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process * Have a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
