Full-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)

Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Staying updated on new arenaflex products and services

Hourly Salary Range:

$25 – $45 per hour (depending on experience and performance)

Job Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection

Basic Educational Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
