Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing detailed information about arenaflex products and services
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Updating customer records to ensure data accuracy
Requirements

Educational Qualifications
