Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries related to their travel plans, flight bookings, and any issues they may face during their journey. Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
