Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
