Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our live chat team, where you'll engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service to exceed their expectations. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, analyzing customer interactions, and contributing to our ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using software to manage customer interactions and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, with experience using software to manage customer interactions and analyze data
