Job Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of arenaflex by managing and maintaining our IT assets, developing and implementing data entry processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining IT assets, including data and business information systems
• Developing and implementing data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Analyzing data and identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data entry and IT asset management

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain IT assets, including data and business information systems

• Develop and implement data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Analyze data and identify trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data entry and IT asset management
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data entry and IT asset management
• Strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and technologies
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data entry and IT asset management
• Experience with cloud data platforms, such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Experience with data governance and compliance regulations

Work Environment
