Remote Travel Consultant - Help Clients Plan Unforgettable Getaways
Help people plan unforgettable vacations — from home. JAK Travel Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Experience Coordinators. In this role, you'll support clients with vacation planning, answer travel-related questions, and provide a high level of service throughout the booking process. This is an entry-level friendly, remote position. No prior travel experience is required — ongoing support is provided.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with vacation and travel inquiries
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and online tools
- Learn and use travel booking platforms and supplier systems
- Maintain accurate client information and follow up as needed
- Complete training and stay informed on travel offerings
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely
- Basic computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to learn and complete training
