Job Summary

As a Client Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the benefits of our plans, products, and resources. Key Responsibilities

* Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on our plans, products, and resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory standards and ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with clients
  • Document and track client interactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Availability to work second or third shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
