Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of business development, deal structuring, and deal support to ensure delivery excellence and project closure in your assigned accounts or territories. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive business outcomes and accelerate customer adoption of arenaflex cloud technologies.
  • Lead business outcomes: Articulate and deliver accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan: Collaborate with the AWS account team (platform sales) to develop a cohesive plan that aligns with customer goals and arenaflex business objectives.
  • Establish Executive relationships: Build and maintain relationships with Technology & Business groups, executive sponsorship of programs, and internal networks at arenaflex.
  • Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets: Meet or exceed annual targets through deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives.
  • Support scale through shared learnings: Share best practices and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team to drive growth and success.

About the Team

Our team is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We're a customer-facing team, and this role may require up to 50% travel to customer sites.

Essential Qualifications

10+ years of experience

in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and revenue growth.

Deep knowledge

of the cross-section of customers' businesses and available cloud services.

Strong leadership skills

, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.

Proven ability
