Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer service, technical support, and sales calls, emails, and chats with a high degree of professionalism

  • Provide exceptional support and sales experiences to clients and their customers
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to create your own schedule

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be a legal U.S.A. citizen or Legal Resident
  • Must have a clean criminal record with zero felony or fraud convictions
  • Must have a computer and cable or DSL Internet to start
  • Must be willing to invest $12.95 for a background check (you will receive a copy) and also the cost of the client training (all fees are reimbursed after 90 days of servicing a client)
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
