What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery information and tracking packages into our system
- Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure seamless delivery experiences
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Utilizing multiple computer applications while on phone calls, requiring strong multitasking skills
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry, with attention to detail and a typing speed of 30 wpm (including 10-key)

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
