Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and building strong relationships with our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers across various industries

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Sell new products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upgrade and expand their services
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
