Experienced Customer Success Associate (FT Contractor, Remote) – Helping Arenaflex Revolutionize Student Loan Repayment

Join our team as an Experienced Customer Success Associate and play a critical role in helping borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs.

Your Role at Arenaflex

As a member of our Borrower Success Team, you'll work directly with student loan borrowers to provide exceptional support and guidance. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand Arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs

  • Engage with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Review and submit applications for federal loan programs to help borrowers access the resources they need
  • Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve the borrower experience
  • Collaborate with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
  • Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers

Recommended Experience:

We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. If you're passionate about applying your talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue of our time, we want to hear from you.
