Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of our company, and your ability to listen, learn, and resolve customer inquiries will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
