Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to English inbound calls from clients and customers, providing accurate and timely support

  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates
  • Answer customer inquiries, forward messages to clients, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions, staying up-to-date on client offerings and initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and customers

  • Flexible availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
  • Reliable transportation, with a quiet dedicated workspace free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with contact center software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
