• Work with an incredible team of people Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a AutoCAD Technician. As an AutoCAD Technician, you will design / layout systems and frame scaffolding applications on construction projects throughout the southeast region. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sunbelt Rentals, Scaffold Services Division, seeks AutoCAD technician to design / layout systems and frame scaffolding applications on construction projects throughout the southeast region. We work with commercial and industrial contractors and the projects include exterior scaffolding around building perimeters, interior elevated work platforms “dance floors”, industrial projects such as tanks, inside and out, etc. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, proficient at reading blueprints and in using AutoCAD. Good communication skills, above average math ability, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary. Previous scaffold experience or a background in construction is required. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 34.56 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
