Responsibilities

  • Delivering clear and accurate information to fulfill customer requests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers.

Skills and Background Needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management.
  • A minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A reliable internet connection, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

Hours and Location
