Your Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to manage each contact interaction with our customers' satisfaction as your top priority. You'll identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to inform customers about procedures, answer questions, and provide information that addresses their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be customer-obsessed and prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
  • Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Deliver on commitments and do what you say you will do
  • Resolve customer issues same day, at most within 24 hours
  • Provide correct information to customers and listen carefully to understand their true questions
  • Interact with customers by asking probing questions to identify their needs and provide proper solutions
  • Utilize online knowledge bases in real-time during customer interactions to ensure proper processes are followed and customers are satisfied
  • Follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
  • Work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive interaction for the customers
  • Navigate PC systems with intermediate proficiency while providing exceptional customer service
  • Read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
  • Utilize multiple online systems simultaneously

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Passion for delivering a stand-out customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English and Spanish proficiency (C2)
  • Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills
  • Utilize online knowledge bases in real-time during customer interactions
  • Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a positive interaction for the customers
  • Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation while providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
  • Experience in a call center industry preferred
  • Flexible with schedules and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts to meet the needs of the business
