Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving member inquiries, cross-selling our products and services, and opening and closing deposit accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Member Service: Efficiently and effectively answer member inquiries, solve problems, and assist with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels.

• Application Support: Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner.
• Financial Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat and Text Support.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Cross-sell arenaflex products and services to members, and open and close deposit accounts of all types.

Requirements

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
• Telecommuting Program: Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program (more information below).
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.

Telecommuting Requirements

* Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated workspace with a secure and strong internet connection.

• No Distractions: An environment free from loud noises or outside distractions.
• No Dependents: Not being a caretaker for any dependents (adult or child) for the entirety of the scheduled shift.

Work Schedule

* Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Training: The first 60 days will be on-site for training at our Corporate Campus located at 2675 O'Neal Lane in Baton Rouge.
