As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day.

Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to create a positive experience for them every time. This role requires a high level of flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media and online platforms

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
