About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our UK team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to our customers via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business by sharing new ideas and suggestions related to marketing, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level customer experience via inbound calls, live chat, and tickets

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting to customers, with access to products for hands-on experience

  • Work from home in the UK, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a technical support role)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and on live chat
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or home-based environment

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technical support software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
