About the Role

As a Customer Support Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners while utilizing various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues. You will be expected to communicate expertly in a conversational manner, leveraging all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must be reliable, resilient, issue-tackling, honest, and dedicated to making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems to respond to inquiries and resolve issues
  • Communicate expertly in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective completion of required training
  • Customer support experience (minimum 6 months)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
