Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to phone inquiries from patients, addressing their concerns with empathy and care
- Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions
- Documenting patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Identifying and addressing patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure optimal care

What You Should Have
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary

- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry
