Everything we release must feel purposeful, cohesive, and visually elevated. ⸻ Role Overview We are seeking a Creative Director (freelance/project-based) to lead concept development and visual direction for brand campaigns. This role is responsible for translating brand identity into strong creative direction that guides photoshoots, storytelling, and rollout execution across web, social, and editorial content. You are not just designing visuals — you are building campaign worlds. ⸻

Key Responsibilities

• Develop elevated campaign concepts aligned with brand identity
• Create moodboards and visual direction frameworks
• Define creative storytelling, tone, and aesthetic execution
• Build structured shot lists for photographers and production teams
• Provide creative direction during shoots (remote or on-set when applicable)
• Ensure consistency across website, social media, and editorial magazine content
• Curate final visual direction for campaign rollout and asset usage

⸻ Ideal Candidate

• Background in creative direction, fashion, beauty, or editorial campaigns
• Strong portfolio showing concept-driven work (not just graphics or content)
• Ability to build brand worlds, not just visuals
• Experience directing photographers, stylists, or creative teams
• Strong understanding of luxury or high-end visual identity
• Detail-oriented with strong taste level and visual restraint

• Social media managers or content creators posing as designers
• Basic graphic designers without campaign or editorial experience
• Trend-based creatives without conceptual depth
• Influencer-style portfolios with no structured brand thinking

• Campaign concept + direction
• Moodboard + visual framework
• Shot list + creative structure for shoot execution
• On-set or remote creative direction support
• Final asset curation strategy for brand rollout (web, social, editorial)
