AI Automation Specialist u007C Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. This role blends AI, enterprise automation, and governance, focusing on improving efficiency through AI-driven agents and Microsoft-based tools. Responsibilities:

  • Design & Deploy: Build AI-driven automation and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks, research, data processing, and decision support.
  • Orchestration: Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
  • Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
  • M365 Integration: Integrate solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse.
  • Azure Architecture: Implement solutions using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Lead efforts in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio) and Anthropic Claude API (prompt engineering).
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure automation performance and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proven track record building AI agents or LLM-powered solutions (Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and the M365/Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise data governance and responsible AI practices.

Recruitment Process:
