Demand Generation Specialist

Altrata is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty across the full demand gen mix; email, paid media, automation, and analytics, and grow into a well-rounded marketer. You'll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns that drive pipeline, and you'll have real ownership of the work from day one. What you'll do Build and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end: technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization Support the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms, working alongside internal team members and external agencies Help maintain marketing automation best practices, including list management, email deliverability, and data hygiene Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels Contribute to reporting and analysis, pulling insights from campaign data to inform what we do next What you bring 2–4 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company Hands-on experience with at least one email automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Intercom, Mailchimp, or similar) Solid copywriting instincts, you can write a subject line and a nurture sequence that actually gets opened Comfort working with data: you can pull a report, spot a trend, and explain what it means Strong organizational skills, you manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and flag issues early Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms) is a plus Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, or Google Tag Manager is a bonus About Altrata We’re a global partner delivering data and intelligence on the most impactful people to our clients’ success.
