Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Trainee on our Quality Control Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that arenaflex's high standards are met and exceeded. You'll be responsible for conducting customer calls, gathering feedback, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct customer calls to gather feedback and assess quality control standards

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a quality control or related role

  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
