The Role

As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that will drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our CS network. You'll lead a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, ensuring low error contact forecasts to deliver exceptional service levels. Your expertise in forecasting techniques, data analysis, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple arenaflex markets

  • Lead a team of analysts and managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality forecasting and performance
  • Collaborate with senior CS leadership to identify drivers of forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive improvements in cost and quality of customer service
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in data analysis and team leadership
  • Proven experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
  • Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience

  • Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression, with a strong understanding of advanced statistical techniques
  • Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
  • Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
  • Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a natural curiosity and desire to learn
