Job Description:
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Applying Advanced Analytical Techniques:
Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to drive business decisions and uncover new opportunities.
Analyzing Client Behavior:
Examine client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
Predicting Content Performance:
Use data to predict content performance and inform procurement decisions.
Streamlining Content Launch and Episode Release:
Optimize our content launch and episode release process to improve engagement and retention.
Testing Marketing Strategies:
Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Ideating and Developing New Metrics and KPIs:
Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis:
Provide impromptu analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
Communicating Insights:
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field: A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics is essential for this role.
At Least 2 Years of Experience in Data Analysis:
Proven experience in data analysis, including experience with SQL, R, and Python.
Experience with Statistical Analysis and AI Methods:
Experience with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, and clustering.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to Work Independently:
Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
