Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the needs of our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing solutions to our clients' queries about their healthcare plans. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to clients' queries about their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, mail-order services, and other related topics

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
