Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborating with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to achieve our goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment software
- Familiarity with multicultural teams and diverse work environments
