Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Analysis and Insights: Investigate structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions and risk management strategies.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes that minimize risk and maximize returns.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex data insights and risk management strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
• New Data Sources: Identify and assess new data sources, both controlled and non-controlled, to enhance arenaflex's products and services.
• Industry and Internal Standards: Utilize industry and internal standards to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices and business processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement, with a strong understanding of financial and data analysis concepts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for financial and data analysis, as well as experience with Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, UAT, and Unix.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
