What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Sports, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in arenaflex's brand.
• Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events.
• Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
