Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our content team to apply advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data, identifying trends and patterns that inform our content strategy. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with the content team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
