Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred) Location: Remote – Must Hold Active Maryland License Schedule:22–36 hours of availability per week (Part-time up to 22 sessions / Full-time up to 36 sessions) Preferred Hours:Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus Compensation:$45–$65 per billable hour (based on license-level) Help Us Expand Access to Care At Backpack Healthcare, we’re re-imagining mental health care for children, teens, and young adults.
