Sustainability Program Manager, Global Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager is a key leader on the Global Supply Chain team, responsible for expanding and executing AVI-SPL’s Electronics Recycling Program in all geographies. The role will also lead the collection and reporting of all relevant Supply Chain emissions and usage data. This role will partner closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and measurable sustainability execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager is a key leader on the Global Supply Chain team, responsible for expanding and executing AVI-SPL’s Electronics Recycling Program in all geographies. The role will also lead the collection and reporting of all relevant Supply Chain emissions and usage data. This role will partner closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and measurable sustainability execution. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Own and manage AVI-SPL’s global Electronics Recycling program, including: Vendor strategy and certification oversight (e.g., R2, e-Stewards or regional equivalents), Regional compliance alignment (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM), Standardized processes for collection, transportation, recycling, and disposition Research and onboard new partners within each AVI-SPL market in order to optimize both service level and cost Develop and maintain global E-waste operating playbooks, SOPs, and KPIs Partner with regional warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution Track volumes diverted from landfill, reuse/redeployment rates, certificates of destruction, and recycling outcomes Identify cost optimization, resale, refurbishment, and circular economy opportunities Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase recovery value and reduce environmental impact Ensure data accuracy, documentation, audit readiness, and timeline adherence as it relates to Supply Chain ESG initiatives Support customer ESG requests related to supply chain emissions and E-waste outcomes Monitor evolving EPR, WEEE, and recycling regulations globally Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in ESG/electronics recycling programs (specifically EPR and WEEE regulations across multiple world markets) 3+ years of experience in supply chain business processes (specifically both logistics and warehousing) Approachable, collaborative, and business-focused mindset Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage various business groups Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for transforming circular supply chains Nice-To-Haves: Bachelor's degree in related field Certifications in ESG, sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, CDP), or circular economy Familiarity with carbon accounting, Scope 1/2/3 emissions tracking, or sustainability reporting tools WHY YOU’LL LIKE WORKING HERE Medical benefits, including vision and dental Paid holidays and PTO Enjoyable and dynamic company culture Training and professional development opportunities MORE ABOUT US AVI-SPL is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Pay Type Min Base Max Base Salary $85k $100k This pay range represents the base salary for this position.
