Tax Supervisor / Tax Senior – Fully Remote | Cloud-Based CPA Firm | $100K–$115K A modern CPA firm built for how tax professionals actually want to work. This team is growing and hiring at both the Tax Senior and Tax Supervisor levels, with multiple openings as they continue to scale. You’re strong technically and comfortable owning your work - but you’re ready for a firm that operates with intention instead of reacting to chaos. This opportunity is with a fully remote, cloud-based CPA firm serving entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm is structured to support remote professionals through streamlined workflows, modern tools, and clear expectations - so you can focus on meaningful work without constant urgency. In this role, you’ll take ownership of tax engagements, review returns prepared by junior staff, and stay client-facing where it adds value. You’ll have the support and clarity to do your job well - without unnecessary busywork or unrealistic hours. What This Role Offers:

What They’re Looking For:
- ~4–6 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong exposure to 1040s, 1065s, 1120S / 1120s
- Experience reviewing returns and mentoring junior staff
- Professional, confident client communication skills
- Tax SW experience with CCH Acxess or UltraTax
- CPA or EA preferred
Compensation:
- $100K–$115K base, depending on experience
- Fully remote + benefits
