Accelerate YOU at Brillio!! We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced speech-to-text and language processing solutions. This role focuses on leveraging deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to improve transcription quality, post-process speech outputs, and enable intelligent text understanding. You will play a key role in building production-ready AI systems that power real-world applications. n

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize speech-to-text models using deep learning techniques. Design and implement post-processing pipelines using LLMs to enhance transcription accuracy, formatting, and contextual understanding. Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for speech and text processing. Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for domain-specific use cases. Work with large-scale audio and text datasets, ensuring quality and consistency. Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate models into production systems. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve model performance. Ensure data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices. Document models, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing. Job requirements 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven experience in speech-to-text (ASR) systems and audio processing. Experience working with large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Strong understanding of NLP and speech processing techniques. Experience with model deployment and production environments.
