About the position At Dawn Campaigns Streamer Accelerator The mission of the At Dawn Campaigns Streamer Accelerator is to grow small to mid-sized, values-aligned live video content creators (“livestreamers”) and increase their cultural relevance. For too long, the political right has dominated the livestreaming space, because their investments have dwarfed those made by moderates and progressives. Live content is the most authentic format, which leads to greater trust with audiences. It wins hearts and minds. Today, young audiences spend hours a day on live content platforms like YouTube and Twitch. The Streamer Accelerator works with bridge creators – creators that “bridge” the divide between culture and politics. Position Summary: Data Analyst The At Dawn Streamer Accelerator is seeking a curious and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, track, and analyze social media data across a wide range of emerging and established platforms, translating raw metrics into actionable insights that inform content strategy, audience engagement, and campaign performance. You will work closely with strategists, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that data sits at the heart of every decision. Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Tracking Monitor and compile performance data daily, weekly, and monthly from social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and tracking systems for ongoing campaigns and organic content.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources including native platform analytics, third-party tools, and API integrations.
  • Analysis & Reporting Analyze audience behavior, content performance, engagement trends, and growth metrics across platforms.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in social data, providing clear interpretations and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for internal teams and external clients or stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that surface key metrics and enable real-time performance monitoring.
  • Influencer & Creator Analytics Track and evaluate influencer and content creator performance, including reach, engagement rates, audience demographics, and more.
  • Maintain databases of influencer networks and talent partnerships, monitoring growth and engagement trends over time.
  • Support campaign teams with creator vetting, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Presentation & Communication Present data findings clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate complex datasets into accessible narratives, visualizations, and slide decks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and account teams to align data insights with broader goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with major and emerging social media platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
  • Working knowledge of influencer marketing and content creator ecosystems, including relevant analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Social Blade, or similar).
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Pulsar, or native platform dashboards.
  • Proficiency building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Solid foundation in data analysis with intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or R a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting a political campaign, advocacy organization, or public affairs initiative in an analytics or digital capacity.
  • Familiarity with political audience segmentation, voter sentiment analysis, or issue-based social listening.
  • Understanding of paid social amplification and its relationship to organic performance data.
  • Experience with community analytics on Discord or Reddit, including subreddit tracking or server engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of streaming and live-content metrics on platforms such as Twitch or YouTube Live.
