Jr App Developer - Production Support
We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to support production applications by assisting with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues in a live environment. This role is ideal for an early‑career developer who wants hands‑on exposure to production support, incident response, and real‑world debugging while learning from experienced engineers. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where system stability and timely issue resolution are critical. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑line production support by triaging application issues, investigating root causes, and escalating as needed within SLA guidelines
- Troubleshoot production incidents by reviewing logs, error messages, and system behavior to identify and assist with fixes
- Support bug fixes and minor code changes related to production issues under guidance from senior developers
COMPENSATION $25/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
