Remote Lead Design Engineer - UI/UX Design + Startup Experience

This role requires a strong expertise in AI, UI, and UX design to lead and mentor a dynamic team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to create cohesive design strategies.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI, UI, and UX design to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a creative and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools and software, with a strong emphasis on AI and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal tech and its implications in design is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
