Conduct safety surveillance research and analysis to monitor adverse events related to Pfizer's products. Develop and implement safety surveillance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, clinical, and regulatory, to gather and evaluate safety data. Utilize scientific expertise to identify potential safety signals and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Review and interpret safety data from clinical trials, post-marketing studies, and other sources to support product safety evaluations. Participate in the development and maintenance of risk management plans for Pfizer's products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to safety surveillance and pharmacovigilance. Provide guidance and training to colleagues on safety surveillance processes and procedures. Contribute to the development of safety-related documents, such as safety reports and signal detection plans. Collaborate with global safety teams to ensure consistency and alignment in safety surveillance activities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety surveillance. Represent Pfizer in interactions with regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders related to safety surveillance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of safety surveillance activities. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to safety surveillance and pharmacovigilance.
